I have been with Web4Africa for a few months and I regret every single day. Their hosting is so slow that I have to wait for pages to load even on a basic site. I contacted them about it and the slowest ticket response took over 48 hours. That is unacceptable for any business. Their domain renewal process is also a joke. I tried to renew a domain and it glitched out. Took me days to get it sorted. I would not recommend them to anyone. If you need a host or domain registrar look elsewhere. There are way better options out there.
