I needed reliable hosting for my blog and Web4Africa seemed like a safe bet. It was not. Their servers are slow and my site kept timing out. I tried to get help through their ticket system but the slowest response I got was over 35 hours. By then I had already solved the issue on my own. Their domain renewal process is a headache too. I tried to renew a .net and it took forever to go through. The whole experience has been a nightmare. I am switching to another provider and I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from Web4Africa. Total waste of money.
