I reached out to support about the downtime and it took them over 24 hours to reply. That is the slowest ticket response I have ever dealt with. Their domain renewal process is also painfully slow. I renewed a domain and it took four days to update. Four days! In that time my site showed a parked page and I lost visitor trust. For a company thats been around for over 20 years youd think theyd have their act together. They dont.
