I needed a simple domain renewal for a client and I thought Web4Africa would handle it fine. I was so wrong. Their system is clunky and it took nearly a week for the renewal to process. My client was freaking out because their site was down. On top of that their hosting is garbage. I have a basic WordPress site that loads like a snail on their servers. I tried to open a support ticket about the speed issues and it was the slowest ticket response I have ever experienced. It took them over 40 hours to reply and all they said was to clear my cache. Real helpful. I regret ever signing up with them.
