I honestly dont know how Web4Africa is still in business. I signed up for their hosting thinking it would be reliable since they have been around since 2002. Big mistake. My website loads like its stuck in the dial up era. I contacted support about it and the slowest ticket response I got was over 30 hours. By then I had already given up. Their domain renewal process is also a nightmare. I tried to renew a .org and it took forever. I ended up having to manually push it through and even then it was glitchy. The whole experience has been a huge waste of money. I will be moving to a real host as soon as my contract ends.
