My domain was about to expire and I tried to renew but their system just errored out. I opened a ticket and got an auto reply, nothing else for 4 days. That is the slowest ticket response I have ever gotten. Their hosting is also bad, my email stopped working and they said it was my fault. I am moving all my domains out.
