I wish I could give zero stars. My domain renewal took over a week and I missed the deadline because of their slow system. When I contacted support they just gave generic responses. The hosting is terrible too, my site kept going down every few hours. I have been with them since 2020 and it just gets worse. Steer clear if you value your website.
