I signed up for Web4Africa hosting because they have been around for a long time but that does not mean they are good. Their hosting is terrible, my site is super slow and I get frequent downtime. Their domain renewal process is also slow, I had to wait days for it to go through. And their support is the slowest ticket system I have ever used. I sent a ticket and it was ignored for almost two weeks. I am so fed up. I would not recommend them to anyone.
