I needed a reliable host for my blog and thought Web4Africa would be a safe bet. Big mistake. Their hosting is so bad that my blog takes ages to load and I have had several downtimes. I tried to renew my domain and the process was a nightmare. It took over a week for the renewal to reflect and I almost lost my domain. Their support is the slowest ticket system I have ever used. I sent a message and it was ignored for days. I am just so let down. This company has no respect for customers.
