Where do I even start with Web4Africa? I signed up for their hosting package thinking I would get reliable service but it has been nothing but problems. The hosting is bad, my email stopped working and my site went down multiple times. When I tried to get help I submitted a ticket and it was the slowest ticket I have ever dealt with. No one replied for days. Then I needed to renew my domain and it took forever. Their system would not let me pay and their support was useless. I am so frustrated. I feel like I wasted my money and time.
