Honestly I dont know why I stuck with Web4Africa for so long. Their domain renewal process is a joke. I tried to renew my domain a week before it expired and the payment went through but the renewal did not get applied for almost five days. I had to keep emailing their support and every time I got a ticket number but no real help. It was the slowest ticket system I have ever dealt with. My site was down for a whole day because of their incompetence and I lost potential customers. Their hosting is also bad, my site kept crashing. Save yourself the headache and go with someone else.
