I thought I was getting a decent deal with Web4Africa but it turned out to be the worst decision for my small business. Their hosting is so slow that my site takes forever to load, especially during peak hours. I tried reaching out to support about the issue and got the slowest ticket response I have ever seen. It took them three days just to reply with a generic copy paste message that did not even address my problem. I am so disappointed because I trusted them based on their long history but clearly they do not care about customers anymore. My domain renewal also took forever to process and I almost lost my domain because of their delay. Do not waste your money here.
