I've never been so frustrated with a hosting company. Web4Africa's ticket system is painfully slow, I waited over 72 hours for a response about a simple query. Domain renewal was a nightmare, I almost lost my domain because the process was so convoluted and slow. The hosting is terrible, my site keeps timing out and the customer service is nonexistent. I feel like I've wasted my money. Do yourself a favor and find a better provider than this outdated mess.
