I thought I'd give Web4Africa a try but it's been nothing but trouble. The slowest support tickets I've ever experienced, I had a critical issue and they took nearly a week to even look at it. Domain renewal was a mess too, the system kept failing and I had to chase them for days. The hosting itself is unreliable, my site was down for hours during peak times. This is not the service I paid for. I'm honestly disappointed and would recommend avoiding them.
