I've been with Web4Africa for about six months and I'm completely fed up. The hosting performance is abysmal, my site takes forever to load and goes down randomly. Their support tickets are a joke, I've had to wait up to four days for a response on simple issues. Domain renewal is also a slow and painful process, I had to manually confirm things multiple times.
