Their ticket support is useless, I submitted a request for help and got no response for three days. The hosting itself is bad too, with frequent downtimes and slow load speeds. I'm really let down because I expected more from an ICANN accredited company. They clearly don't care about their customers. I'm switching to a better provider now.
