I've used a few hosting providers over the years but Web4Africa takes the cake for being the worst. My website kept crashing and when I opened a support ticket it took them over 48 hours to respond with a useless answer. Domain renewal was also a hassle, the system glitched and I had to call them to sort it out. The whole experience feels unprofessional and outdated. I'm honestly surprised they're still in business.
