I'm so frustrated with Web4Africa. I tried to transfer a domain to them and it was a nightmare, the process was slow and I got no updates. Their ticket system is the slowest I've encountered, I waited five days for a simple reply. The hosting is equally bad, my site was down more than it was up and the performance was terrible.
