I signed up for Web4Africa hoping for decent hosting but it's been a disaster from day one. The website is clunky, the control panel is outdated, and the support is a joke. I submitted a ticket about a critical error and it took them nearly a week to even acknowledge it. The domain renewal process is also painfully slow, I had to manually intervene just to keep my domain from expiring. My site loads like a snail and I've had multiple outages.
