I've been with Web4Africa for a few months and I'm honestly shocked at how bad it is. The ticket system is the slowest I've ever seen, I waited three days for a response about a simple DNS issue and when they finally replied it was a generic copy paste that didn't help at all. I also tried to renew a domain and it took forever, I almost lost it because the process was so slow and confusing. The hosting itself is terrible too, my site kept going down and load times were awful. Save your money and go elsewhere.
