I should have known better than to trust Web4Africa. Their support is the slowest I have seen, I had a ticket that took over a week to get a real answer. Domain renewal is a nightmare, my domain was stuck in pending for days and I lost email because of it. The hosting is just bad, my site loads slowly and crashes often. They promise good service but deliver nothing. I am switching to a better host and I hope everyone reads this before making the same mistake.
