I am writing this review in frustration. Web4Africa has the slowest ticket system I have ever encountered, I submitted a support request about a server error and it took them five days to reply. Domain renewal is equally bad, I paid for a renewal but it took them three days to process, causing my site to go down. The hosting itself is terrible, my website is sluggish and they never fix the issues. I would give zero stars if possible, stay away from this company.
