After months of terrible service, I am finally leaving Web4Africa. Their support is painfully slow, I once had a ticket about a hacked site and it took them four days to respond. Domain renewal is a hassle, it takes them forever to process and my domain expired because of their slowness. The hosting is awful, my site is slow and they keep blaming my WordPress plugins. I am so disappointed because I thought they were legitimate but they are just a waste of money.
