I honestly regret ever choosing Web4Africa. Their support is the slowest ticket system I have ever seen, I waited four days for a simple answer about setting up an email account. Domain renewal was a nightmare, I paid for it but it took them so long that my domain expired anyway. The hosting is terrible, my website is constantly slow and I get error messages all the time.
