I honestly do not understand how Web4Africa is still in business. I tried to transfer a domain to them and it was an absolute mess. Their support is the slowest I have ever encountered. After a week of waiting I gave up and went elsewhere. Their hosting is also terrible. Do not waste your time with this company.
