I signed up for Web4Africa because of their long history but they don't live up to it at all. The hosting is slow and unreliable, my site kept going down. Their support is a joke, I submitted a ticket and it took them five days to reply. The domain renewal process is also painfully slow, I had to follow up multiple times just to get it processed. I've already moved to another provider and I'm so much happier. Avoid this company.
