I really wanted to like Web4Africa because they've been around for so long but they've clearly stopped caring about customers. I needed to renew a domain and it took over a week for them to process the payment even though I paid instantly. Their slow support ticket system is a joke. When I complained about the delay they just gave me generic responses. The hosting has also gone downhill, my site keeps timing out. For a company that's been around since 2002 you'd think they'd have their act together.
