I signed up with Web4Africa thinking I was getting a reliable service given they claim to be ICANN accredited. What a mistake. My website loads slower than dial up and their support is a joke. I opened a ticket about my site being down and it took them four days to respond. Four days! By that time I had already lost a ton of business. The hosting itself is terrible, constant downtime and when I asked for a refund they gave me the runaround. Save your money.
