Web4Africa has been nothing but trouble since day one. Their hosting is bad with constant errors and my website is always down. I needed to renew my domain and it took them forever to process it. Their ticket support is the slowest I have ever seen too. I waited four days for a reply to a simple question. This company is a scam in my opinion. I am moving everything to another provider right now.
