Web4Africa is the worst web provider I have ever used. Their domain renewal process is so slow I thought I was going to lose my domain. Their hosting is bad with my site often going offline for hours. And their support? The slowest ticket system I have ever encountered. I sent a ticket about a critical issue and it took them over 48 hours to respond. Completely useless. Do not use them.
