I have used Web4Africa for about six months and it has been a nightmare. Their hosting is slow and unreliable and my website crashes all the time. The domain renewal process is also painfully slow which caused me a lot of stress. But the worst part is their support. The slowest ticket responses I have ever seen. It took them five days to answer a simple question. Unacceptable.
