My site keeps going down and the hosting is just plain bad. I submitted a ticket and it took them 2 days to say they were looking into it. That's the slowest ticket I've ever had. Then they said it was fixed but it's still happening. I'm not a tech expert but even I know this is poor service. I'm done.
