I've been a customer for about a year and I can't believe how terrible the support is. My site went down and I submitted a ticket. It took them over 48 hours to even acknowledge it. The slowest ticket response I've ever seen from any company. When they finally replied, they gave me a generic copy paste answer that didn't even address my issue. I had to follow up three times to get a real human to look at it. Absolutely infuriating.
