I have been using Web4Africa for almost four years and it has gotten worse over time. Their domain renewal process used to be okay but now it is so slow it takes days for the domain to become active again. Last month I renewed a domain for my photography portfolio and the renewal took over a week. I missed a deadline for a client because the domain was down. Their hosting has also become increasingly slow and unstable. I am finally switching to another provider and I am glad to be done.
