I have never written a bad review before but Web4Africa has made me so angry that I have to warn others. Their hosting was constantly down and their response to tickets was the slowest I have ever seen. I waited nine days for a reply about why my site was down and they just said they were working on it. My domain renewal also took forever, I had to chase them for two weeks to get it done. They charged me extra fees for no reason and refused to refund anything. I finally switched to a different host and my site has been up and fast ever since. Web4Africa is a complete waste of money and time.
