I had a domain with Web4Africa that I needed to renew urgently because it was about to expire. I submitted a request and then waited a week with no response. I called them and they said they would process it but then nothing happened. It took ten days and multiple phone calls before they finally renewed it. By then my website had been down for days and I lost a lot of traffic. Their hosting is also terrible, I tried their basic plan and my site was always slow. I do not understand how they are still in business with such bad service. I am moving all my domains away.
