I tried Web4Africa because they were cheap but I should have known better. Their hosting is so slow that my site took forever to load and I lost visitors every day. When I tried to get help their support team took forever to answer, I think the slowest ticket I ever had was 11 days. That is completely unacceptable. Their domain renewal process is also a mess, they kept asking for documents and then lost them. I eventually gave up and let my domain expire because it was easier than dealing with them. I am now with a proper hosting company and everything works great. Web4Africa is a scam.
