I signed up for Web4Africa because they said they were ICANN accredited and I thought that meant something. But their hosting is the slowest I have ever used and their support is even worse. I needed help with a domain renewal and it took them two weeks to respond to my ticket. Two weeks! In that time my site was down and I lost a lot of business. When they finally answered they just sent me a link to a FAQ page. I am not a technical person and I needed real help but they just ignored me. I have since moved to a different host and my site runs perfectly now. Do not fall for their promises.
