I have never dealt with a company that is so unresponsive. I submitted a ticket about a simple domain renewal and it took them nine days to reply. By then my domain had already expired and I had to pay a huge fee to get it back. Their hosting is also terrible, my site was loading so slow that I had to switch to a different provider midway through the year. The only reason I stuck with them for so long was because I had already paid for a year but I regret every day of it. Their support team seems to have no idea what they are doing and they never fix anything. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from Web4Africa.
