I moved my small business website to Web4Africa because a colleague said they were reliable but it was the worst decision. Their hosting was so bad that my site would crash every afternoon and their support team never answered my tickets. I counted and my average response time was about 8 days which is insane for a hosting provider. When I tried to renew a domain they made me fill out a form and then wait a week for them to process it. By the time the renewal went through my domain had already expired and I almost lost my email. I am now with a different company and my site has never been faster. Web4Africa is a disaster.
