I honestly do not know how this company is still in business. I signed up for their shared hosting plan because it was cheap but I got what I paid for. My website was loading so slowly that I was losing customers every day. I submitted ticket after ticket about the slowest ticket responses I have ever seen, sometimes taking five to seven days for a simple question. Their domain management is also a joke, I tried to renew a domain and it took them three emails and a phone call to finally do it. The worst part is they charged me for services I never used and refused to give a refund. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else.
