I have been using Web4Africa for about three years because a friend recommended them but I regret it. Their domain renewal process is terrible, they make it confusing on purpose so you miss the renewal date and then they charge you a penalty. My last renewal took over a week to process and I had to open three tickets before someone even looked at it. Their hosting is also really slow and my site kept going down during traffic spikes. I tried to cancel my hosting and they ignored my emails for two weeks. Now I am stuck with them for another year because they locked me in. Do not waste your time with this company.
