I was with Web4Africa for years because they were local but after this I am leaving. I needed to transfer a domain out and it took them ten days to respond to the first ticket. Then they kept asking for the same verification documents over and over. Their support team is a total joke, I honestly think it is just one guy who works two hours a day. The hosting was also terrible with constant downtime but the domain renewal process is what finally broke me. They make you jump through hoops and then charge you double the renewal price if you forget to do it early. I have moved all my domains to a better registrar and will never look back. Avoid this company like the plague.
