I signed up for Web4Africa because I wanted to support a local provider but I seriously regret it. Their hosting is just bad, my site is always slow and I have had multiple outages. The worst part is their domain renewal system. I tried to renew a .co.za and it was a mess. The payment kept failing and support was useless. Their ticket system is the slowest I have ever seen, it took them a week to reply to my initial query. By the time they fixed things, my domain had expired and I had to pay extra to get it back. I am so frustrated. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go with a more reputable provider.
