I do not usually write reviews but I need to warn people. Web4Africa has the slowest ticket support in the industry. I submitted a technical issue about my hosting being down and it took them five days to get back to me. Five days! My site was inaccessible the whole time and I lost a lot of potential sales. And when they finally did respond, the solution they gave did not even work. Their hosting is also terrible, my site is constantly slow and I get 500 errors all the time. I tried to renew a domain with them and it was a nightmare, the whole process took forever. Honestly, I am disgusted with the level of service. I would give zero stars if I could.
