I am writing this review out of pure frustration. I have been with Web4Africa for three months and my site has been down at least a dozen times. When I try to reach out to support, I get put in a queue that takes forever. Their ticket system is definitely the slowest I have ever used. I once waited five days just for an answer about a simple email setup issue. And the hosting itself is super slow, like it takes forever for pages to load. I tried to renew my domain and it was a mess, the payment would not go through and no one could tell me why. They are just not reliable at all. Stay away from this company if you want a working website.
