I have been using Web4Africa for about a year and I regret every single day of it. When my domain was about to expire, I tried to renew it well in advance but their system kept giving me errors. I submitted a support ticket, but the response was unbelievably slow. I am talking about the slowest ticket processing I have ever dealt with. They finally got back to me three days later and said it was a payment gateway issue. By the time they fixed it, my domain had already expired and I almost lost it to a squatter. Their hosting is just as bad, constant downtime and slow page loads. I really wish I had never signed up with them. It has been a total waste of money and time.
