I honestly can't believe this company is still in business. I signed up for their basic hosting plan thinking it would be a good deal for my small business website. It has been nothing but a nightmare from the start. My site loads slower than molasses, I am talking like a minute to load a simple page. Contacted support about it and they just kept blaming my content even though it is just text and a few images. Then I tried to renew my domain name, and that process took almost two weeks. Two weeks! I nearly lost my domain because of their incompetence. The ticket system is the absolute slowest thing I have ever encountered. It takes days to get a response, and when you do, it is some generic copy paste nonsense. I am moving everything away from Web4Africa as soon as I can. Do not make the same mistake I did.
