I signed up for Web4Africa hosting based on a friend's recommendation. Huge mistake. My site has been down three times in two months. Every time I submit a ticket it takes over a week to get a reply. The slowest ticket system imaginable. Their domain renewal is also a pain. I tried to transfer a domain out and it took forever. I am so disappointed with this company. Do not use them.
