My site went down and I submitted a ticket. Three days later I got a generic response that did not even address my issue. The slowest ticket system I have ever used. Their hosting is awful too. I have had nothing but problems since signing up. I feel like I threw my money away. Web4Africa is not worth the hassle. I will be leaving a bad review everywhere I can.
